+ Q: What is the difference between a mentor and a coach?

While a mentor and coach both strive to help you grow, there are a few notable differences. A mentor is someone who has lived experience in the desired area and leverage lessons learned and real-world experience to walk a mentee through similar circumstances. A coach, on the other hand uses standard principles, research and inquisitive questioning to guide a coaches. I help my clients with a hybrid of both - leaning on my lived experiences, leadership style, professional network and certifications.

Hi There!

I’m Trecia Landrum. I am passionate about using my personal experiences and knowledge to help women navigate their career peaks and valleys.

Knowing that not one journey looks the same, I have an intuitive understanding and knack for honing in on what will propel you forward. My driving force is the immense joy of seeing women like yourself bring about positive change, make a difference, and attain success and greatness in your career.

With a successful 15-year career in healthcare IT and eight years experience creating and leading mentorship programming, I have seen and learned a lot. I leverage my extensive knowledge and expertise to guide, advise, and educate women in the corporate healthcare space to be intentional about the components that make up their professional brand- image, education, experience, results and impact.

Wisdom gained by trial and error isn't all I am bringing to the table. As an avid learner, I have the credentials to back me up. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies and a Master's in Public Administration from California State University, East Bay and I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University.

I have certifications in Information Technology, Project Management, and Epic electronic health record (EHR) that informs the expertise that I’m able to offer to clients to help them navigate the complexity that is healthcare IT. There’s no need to overwork yourself or wait for the stars to align to prove your value! You just need a plan and support from a trusted advisor to get you where you want to be.
